When Calamity Strikes, we are already moving.

From the 2005 Kashmir earthquake to the floods and droughts of today, MMM's emergency teams are pre-trained to deploy within hours, not days.

Foundational Creed

To become dynamic Muslim healthcare professionals who pioneer social change through knowledge, wisdom and practice.

Drafted 2005 • Over 20 years of service

A hospital cannot come to the village. A doctor can.

Muslim Medical Mission began with a dedicated group of Pakistani doctors who kept meeting the same problem. The medicine existed, the expertise existed, and none of it was reaching the families who needed it most.

Since our founding response following the October 2005 Kashmir earthquake, the answer has not changed. We load a volunteer medical team into a vehicle, drive to the district that has been waiting longest, and treat everyone who comes, free, until the medicine runs out.

  • Wisdom

We go where the need is measured, not where the coverage is best. Every deployment starts with an assessment and ends with a count.

  • Action

Our teams are on the ground in the first week of an emergency, because relief that arrives after the cameras leave is not relief.

  • Service

Care is free at the point of delivery, without exception, and without asking a patient what they believe or who they voted for.

  • For Allah

The work is worship. That is the whole reason it continues in districts where no funder is watching and no reporter will visit.

Our Current Projects

From mobile mountain clinics in Balochistan to daily clean water runs and field surgery in Gaza, every project is free at the point of delivery.

Flood relief distribution

Staple food, clean water and cash reach households in South Punjab and Balochistan through volunteers who know which families lost everything.

Trauma & Lifeline
Gaza

Field clinics in Gaza

Paramedic and clinical teams running consultations, dressings, dispensing and paediatric care inside shelters and tented clinics.

Nutrition & Food
Gaza

Food parcels and hot meals

Family food parcels handed over at the shelter door, and hot meals cooked and served where families have no way to cook at all.

Clean Water
Gaza

Water for Life

Drinking water trucked into displacement camps where the mains are broken and the alternative is contaminated groundwater.

The same teams, four thousand kilometres away

Our Gaza operation runs on the logic that keeps people alive when a health system has stopped functioning. Water before medicine, food before comfort, and a heavy quilt before the cold arrives rather than after it.
